Apartment is an existing  structure  built some where  in  1970  generally!    It is locate at  the first floor  facing the  open view up front   –   with  limited verandas  at most each room  is an  eloquent   example the at that time  people were hardly  saying good  buy  to  classic  arrangement at their    most spacious room  including  dining and  living space  of the apartment!
